The Scottish Property Auction is a Scottish based company which is dedicated to holding regular auctions for all types of property throughout Scotland.

We work in conjunction with a wide network of Local Partner Agents to provide the maximum marketing exposure for each property entered in to our auction system. Each property in the auction is advertised on each Partner Agent's website thus bringing these properties to the attention of the widest possible selection of potential purchasers.

With both an Unconditional and a Conditional auction, all types of potential purchaser have an avenue open to them, allowing many purchasers the opportunity to buy at auction where they may not previously have been in a position to do so.
